Not necessarily. You can upload files and share feedback without logging in. However, if you want to update the status of feedback or share files privately, you'll need to create an account and log in.

How can I share my projects and feedback on BugSmash?

Sharing is simple! You can share your projects via email or by generating a direct link. For private sharing, just enter the recipients' emails, and we'll take care of sending them the link. For public sharing, copy the project link and share it however you like.

Does BugSmash integrate with other tools?

We're working hard on this! Integrations with major communication and issue-tracking tools are coming soon, so stay tuned for updates.

How does BugSmash protect my data?

Your security is our priority. Each paying, logged-in user gets their own secure cloud storage bucket, compliant with SOC 2 standards. Plus, all data transmitted is encrypted to keep it safe.

Are there limits on file size or storage?

Yes, we have some limits to ensure smooth performance. Free users can upload files up to 20 MB each and have a total storage limit of 50 GB. Paid users can upload files up to 100 MB each and enjoy a total storage limit of 250 GB.

Is BugSmash available as a mobile app?

While we don't have a standalone mobile app yet, BugSmash is fully mobile-responsive. You can pin BugSmash to your home screen and use it just like a mobile app.

What support options are available for BugSmash users?

We're here to help! We'll be rolling out a comprehensive knowledge base soon. Paid users also get access to our customer service team during working hours for any additional support.
