Duda separates unpublished preview, the published site, client permissions, Site Comments, page passwords and membership access. Each boundary determines what an external reviewer can open.
Four documented boundaries matter before you share the site:
Duda provides a shareable preview URL that shows the site as it appears in the editor and can be viewed across device sizes before launch.
Basic, Team and Agency sites can use a dudasites.com default domain, while Trial and White Label sites can use multiscreensite.com. Duda says SSL is not provided for default or white-label site domains unless the site is on a custom domain.
Duda documents Site Comments on Team, Agency and White Label plans for up to 100 clients. A client must also be added to the site and granted Site Comments permission.
Password-protected pages require their page password, while members-only pages require an approved or eligible signed-in member. A pasted URL does not bypass those controls.
How it works
Use the HTTPS published custom domain for live-site review, or copy Duda’s preview URL when stakeholders need to see unpublished changes.
Paste the accessible URL into BugSmash and share the generated review link with the client or QA team.
Apply approved changes in Duda, publish or republish the site, and verify the intended page and responsive state again.
Attach each note to the rendered page location rather than describing it in email.
Use Duda’s shareable preview URL when the review concerns unpublished editor changes.
Review desktop, tablet and mobile layouts while keeping the viewport with each comment.
Keep the page URL, browser, operating system, viewport and screenshot with each website comment.
External reviewers can use a browser URL without receiving Duda editing or publishing permission.
Page passwords and membership remain Duda-controlled requirements for restricted content.
Use an HTTPS-accessible published custom domain or Duda’s shareable preview URL. A pasted URL does not bypass Duda page passwords, membership or other access controls.
| Your URL | Review by URL | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Published HTTPS Duda custom domain | Works | Paste the customer-facing page URL and start the review. |
| Duda shareable preview URL | Works when accessible | Use the copied preview URL for unpublished changes and confirm it opens for the intended reviewers. |
| dudasites.com default domain | HTTPS-dependent | Confirm the exact URL is browser-accessible over HTTPS before sharing it. |
| multiscreensite.com default domain | HTTPS-dependent | Confirm the exact Trial or White Label URL is browser-accessible over HTTPS. |
| Password-protected Duda page | Password required | Use the Feedback Widget inside the password-authorized page. A Website-project review URL does not remove the page password. |
| Members-only Duda page or site | Member access required | Use the Feedback Widget on the page after Duda authenticates an eligible member. A Website-project review URL does not grant membership. |
Add the BugSmash Feedback Widget to the rendered Duda site when review must stay inside an authenticated, member-only or stateful experience. Duda remains responsible for page access and membership.
From shareable previews to published-site QA, keep agencies, clients and delivery teams aligned on the same Duda browser experience.

Collect contextual review while Duda editing, publishing and client permissions remain with the delivery team.
